Engineering and technological breakthroughs in sustainability play a crucial role reducing carbon emissions. An important aspect of this is the active participation enterprises addressing reduction as systemic approach. In response to government incentives People’s Republic China, Chinese have developed systems align their organizational goals with national long-term plans. This paper evaluates schemes employed by six companies multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. To end, we propose new hybrid MCDM method called grey-MEREC-MAIRCA method. combines recently based on removal effects criteria (MEREC) for weighting multi-attribute ideal-real comparative analysis (MAIRCA) grey system theory. The proposed provides additional benefit accounting uncertainty decision making. Notable findings research, decision-maker scores, are that control direct emissions energy-saving efficiency top priorities. contrast, committing corporate social responsibility through public welfare information disclosure considered lesser Furthermore, ranking results obtained using compared those from classical weighted sum model technique order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS), confirming selection best company. Despite limitation steps needed evaluation, it opens up opportunities future research develop simpler methods under uncertainty.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with human (HI) has been asserted to provide transformational power across the humanitarian supply chain (HSC). However, there is little rigorous work that analyses enablers promote AI–HI and application in HSC. Thus, this paper reports a hybrid decision support framework for analysing HSC complicated, uncertain, periodic information. First, collect interdependent preference data from experts, complex spherical fuzzy weighted Heronian mean operator distance measures-based optimization model established generate group matrix. Service quality is seen as an important corporate strategy to ensure competitive advantage. With the increase in demand for air transport, airports have become venue, which has brought issue of airport service forefront. In airports, are described doors cities opening world, determined if provided passengers coincides with level meeting expectations passenger. this context, within scope study, it aimed measure by evaluating 17 that evaluated five-star Skytrax 2021 based on 11 criteria. While importance criteria was MEREC from MCDM methods, ranking according obtained MARCOS and CoCoSo methods. Criteria used assess airports; transportation services, security screenings, immigration signs, arrival departure transfer passenger terminal comfort level, facilities, shopping facilities food/beverage services.
