Abstract

Abstract
Software
development
projects
depend
on
collaborative
teams.
In
the
past
50
years
of
research,
various
studies
have
explored
effect
software
engineer's
personality
traits
and
cultural
values
team
performance.
These
led
to
better
understand
these
relationships;
however,
how
influence
effectiveness
is
still
far
away
in
literature.
This
research
aims
investigate
relationships
between
social
psychological
complexities
(including
values),
coordination,
motivation,
success
(which
comprises
climate)
explore
impact
issues
success.
An
online
survey
targeting
professionals
unstructured
interviews
were
followed
for
data
collection.
We
received
112
responses
from
developers
working
different
countries.
Findings
indicate
that
values,
is,
consciousness,
openness,
harmony,
autonomy,
positive
relationship
with
coordination
effectiveness,
while
other
factors

as
neuroticism,
embeddedness,
hierarchy,
