The extensive electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) data generated by consumers encapsulates authentic product experience information. By leveraging advanced analysis technologies, enterprises can extract sustainable consumer behavior preference knowledge, thereby supporting the optimization of their marketing and management strategies. However, existing data-driven ranking processes predominantly focus on single-source eWOM rarely mine insights from a multi-source perspective. Moreover, quality cannot be overlooked. Consequently, this study uses automobile products as case example integrates rating data, complaint safety test to construct personalized recommendation algorithm. Specifically, an evaluation index system is established for each three types. To model information quality, these are transformed into basic uncertain (BUI), which incorporates scoring credibility metrics. XLNet employed convert text targeted models developed assess reliability Subsequently, BUI aggregated using ordered weighted average (BUIOWA) aggregation operator. Based this, method aligned with user preferences proposed, offering results that match preferences. Finally, illustrative example, elucidates process provides managerial implications enterprises.

Dynamic decision-making is the process of seeking optimal choice with multiple related attributes under multi-time-point situation. Considering that time-varying nature decision information can have a specific impact on psychology makers, in this paper, dynamic method based cumulative prospect theory proposed. Combining infinite parameterization fuzzy soft sets, time series interval triangular set presented, which has characteristics boundedness, monotonicity, and symmetry. Then, new priority principle, exponential decay model used to determine weight coefficient, static matrix obtained. Furthermore, calculating psychological utility values proposed, threshold-reference point introduced analyze “profit loss” values. Simultaneously, probability scenario transformed into corresponding function. On basis maximization maximum entropy theory, an optimization for determining parameters established. The alternatives are given achieve best alternatives. Finally, example showed feasibility effectiveness method.

This study introduces a novel multi-criteria group evaluation approach grounded in the theory of basic uncertain information (BUI) to facilitate selection green recycling suppliers for shared electric bikes. Firstly, comprehensive index system is established, encompassing capacity, environmental sustainability, financial strength, maintenance capabilities, and policy support, provide solid foundation scientific process. Secondly, generalized power weighted average (BUIGPWA) operator proposed aggregate with BUI pairs, some related properties are investigated. Furthermore, information-based best–middle–worst TOPSIS (BUI-BMW-TOPSIS) model incorporating best, middle, worst reference points enhance decision-making accuracy proposed.
