Abstract Salinity is among the major abiotic stresses faced by different countries; limiting plant growth, development and yield. This research work was carried out to evaluate influence of green prepared titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs) on metabolic constituents ultrastructural alterations soybean ( Glycine max L.) plants exposed salt stress. TiO NPs were synthesized using an aqueous solution Aloe vera leaf extract obtained identified several techniques. An in vivo pot experiment role foliar sprayed (30 ppm) irrigated six NaCl concentrations (0, 25, 50, 100, 150 200 mM). After 15 30 days from application, growth parameters, photosynthetic pigments, total soluble protein, enzymatic antioxidants changes tested for potential tolerance growing under Results revealed that increasing induced a significant decrease shoot length, fresh dry weights as well these decreases due electrolyte leakage plants. However, application showed improvements vegetative its pigments protein contents. There marked increase contents stressed further accumulation their with application. Salt structural deformation which lessened Finally, our demonstrates alleviating stress via restoring cell ultrastructure, highlighting sustainable eco-friendly strategy.

Green resource synthesis is a sustainable, economical, and environmentally benign process that produces no pollutants. Plant-based nanoparticles have lower toxicity level. Because aloe vera contains bioactive chemicals such flavonoids, phenol, alkaloids, saponins, others, it can operate as reducing agent to reduce metal ions. As agents, these substances are therefore essential the formation of nanoparticles. When heated, they transform into corresponding oxides. This article describes tin (IV) oxide using gel their structural characteristics. The antibacterial ability produced was then evaluated by testing them against Gram-positive bacteria like Bacillus cereus Staphylococcus aureus well Gram-negative Shigella flexneri, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli. study shows effectiveness dependability green techniques use Aloe rather than chemical-based approaches been used up this point create It less likely fail has high biological activity. Thus, precious for applications in environmental healthcare fields industries. highlights advantages developing sustainable materials through routes wide range applications.
