To study the effect on biomaterial degradation and bone formation of different ratios between α-tricalcium phosphate (α-TCP) deproteinized bovine mineral (DBBM) using various gelatins as a carrier. Three-dimensional bioprinting is a new advance in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Bioprinting allows manufacturing three-dimensional (3D) structures that mimic tissues or organs. The bioinks used are mainly made of natural synthetic polymers must be biocompatible, printable, biodegradable. These may incorporate progenitor cells, favoring graft implantation regeneration injured tissues. However, the natures biomaterials, processes, lack vascularization, immune responses factors limit viability functionality implanted cells damaged limitations can addressed by incorporating extracellular vesicles (EV) into bioinks. Indeed, EV from have capacities, being similar to those their source cells. Therefore, combinations with biomaterials cell-free therapies. Likewise, they complement manufacture increasing viability, differentiation, ability incorporated Thus, main objective this review show how use 3D technology for application medicine these nanovesicles hydrogels as To end, latest advances derived vitro vivo studies been described. Bio-inspired coral-derived scaffolds have been adopted for bone regeneration. However, these confront challenges such as the limited osteoinductive properties, environmental concerns, and ambiguous calcification mechanisms in coral proteins. In this study, role of recombinant protein galaxin promoting osteogenesis is investigated. The observations reveal that regulates mitochondrial metabolism mouse pre-osteoblasts by interacting with β subunit ATP synthase. This ultimately promotes pre-osteoblasts. Furthermore, integrated gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) assess osteogenic potential resulting galaxin-GelMA composites mandibular defects. emphasize distinctive regulating functionality osteogenesis. Additionally, provide prospective insights further applications bio-inspired proteins regenerative medicine.

Black phosphorus nanosheets (BP) have been widely used in bone tissue engineering due to their superior properties and good biocompatibility, as well the fact that they are composed of only a single element phosphorus, which is highly homologous inorganic components natural bone. Hydrogels based on gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA)/hyaluronic acid (HAMA) composites were prepared by photocrosslinking. The physicochemical GelMA/HAMA, GelMA/HAMA/BP, GelMA/HAMA/BMP2 GelMA/HAMA/BP@BMP2 hydrogels characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM). In addition, mechanical properties, swelling rate degradation investigated, results showed possessed suitable for cell adhesion growth proliferation. BP carrier could ensure stable sustained release bioactive factor: morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2), promote recruitment osteogenic differentiation marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), its binding surrounding calcium ions can biomineralization. Therefore, this BMP2-modified black hydrogel system provides new strategy regeneration.
