Soft-bodied aquatic organisms exhibit extraordinary navigation and mobility in liquid environments which inspiring the development of biomimetic actuators with complex movements. Stimulus-responsive soft materials including hydrogels shape-memory polymers are replacing traditional rigid parts that leading to dynamic responsive actuators. In this study, we took inspiration from water strider develop a actuator for targeted stimulation pH sensing gastrointestinal tract. We designed water-based Janus adhesive hydrogel patch attaches specific intestine responds changes through external stimulation. The forms belly driver incorporates an inverse opal microstructure enables behavior. on strider's leg uses sandwich structure Cu particles convert light into heat bend under infrared mimic simulating efficient steady movement transporting biological fluid one direction. This miniature bionic demonstrates controlled adhesion unidirectional biofluid delivery capabilities, proving its potential stimulus response tract, thus opening up new possibilities medical applications growing field
