Sharply increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) are thought to induce oxidative stress, damage cell structure and cause death; however, its role in prostate cancer remains unclear. Enzalutamide is a widely used anti-prostate drug that antagonizes androgen binding with receptor. Further exploration of the mechanism potential application strategies enzalutamide crucial for treatment cancer. Here, we confirmed PEX10 can be induced by ROS activators while reduce level cells, which weakened anti-tumor effect activators. The receptor (AR) promote expression acting as an enhancer cooperation FOXA1. inhibits inhibiting function AR, synergize ML210 or RSL3 produce stronger effect, thereby sensitizing cells This study reveals previously unrecognized AR regulating suggests new strategy treatment.

Microwave thermotherapy (MT) is a clinical local tumor ablation modality, but its applications are limited by therapeutic efficacy and safety. Therefore, developing sensitizers to optimize the outcomes of MT in demand practice. Herein, we engineered special nanoframework (i.e., FdMI) based on fucoidan-decorated zirconium metal-organic framework incorporating manganese ions liquid physisorption for microwave ablation. The monodisperse exhibited both thermal effects dynamic effects, which could effectively kill cancer cells efficient intracellular drug delivery. Through fucoidan-mediated targeting P-selectin microenvironment (TME), FdMI accumulated regions, leading significant eradication orthotropic triple-negative breast (TNBC) aggressive Hepa1-6 liver tumors synergistic thermotherapy/dynamic therapy (MT/MDT). primary activate systemic immune responses, inhibited distant TNBC lung metastasis tumors, respectively. This work not only nanoparticle tumor-targeted MT/MDT also demonstrated that nanocarrier-based stimulate antitumor immunity inhibit metastatic demonstrating high potential managing advanced malignant tumors.
