Immunotherapy has emerged as a preeminent force in the domain of cancer therapeutics and achieved remarkable breakthroughs. Nevertheless, high resistance become most substantial impediment restricting its clinical efficacy. Beta-2 microglobulin (B2M), light chain major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I, plays an indispensable part by presenting tumor antigens to cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) for exerting anti-tumor effects. Accumulating evidence indicates that B2M mutation/defect is one key mechanisms underlying immunotherapy resistance. Therefore, elucidating role played devising effective strategies battle against are pressing issues. This review will systematically expound upon them, aiming provide insight into potential promising target anticancer immune response.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) presents a significant global health challenge, particularly in developing countries where its incidence is markedly elevated. Despite advancements treatment modalities, the high malignancy, metastatic potential, and drug resistance associated with HCC contribute to poor clinical outcomes, underscoring necessity for more profound understanding of pathogenesis. This review meticulously examines role copper apoptosis, novel form programmed cell death linked dysregulated metabolism, development progression HCC. By conducting comprehensive recent literature experimental studies, we elucidate molecular mechanisms through which excess induces oxidative stress, pyroptosis, ferroptosis, thereby influencing tumorigenesis progression. offers valuable insights into intricate relationship between metabolism HCC, positioning apoptosis as potential therapeutic target enhance strategies improve patient outcomes.

The aim of this study was to explore the bibliometric analysis nanomaterials-based therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma as a means assessing current state development and future trends in field. Literature on nanomedicine interactions searched from core database Web Science visualisation analyses were performed using VOSviewer, CiteSpace GraphPad Prism data software. We focused important keywords, countries, authors, affiliations, journals, literature field nanomaterials HCC. search resulted finalization 421 documents. From 2008 2023, research HCC has developed rapidly, number published papers steadily increased, increasing by about 2300%. There are currently 57 countries involved area.
