Mortality and morbidity from cardiovascular diseases are common worldwide. In order to improve survival quality of life for this patient population, extensive efforts being made establish effective therapeutic modalities. New treatment options needed, it seems. addition treating diseases, cell therapy is one the most promising medical platforms. One approaches in area stem therapy. biology, multipotent cells pluripotent divided into two types. There evidence that could be used as a approach based on multiple lines evidence. The effectiveness therapies humans has been studied several clinical trials. spite challenges associated with therapy, appears resolving them may lead disease patients. This an approach. By mounting these biological scaffolds, their effect can enhanced.

ABSTRACT Due to their superior physicochemical features, chitosan thermosensitive hydrogels are multipurpose platforms that frequently used in the biomedical industry. Many investigations have been conducted recently modify pore dimensions, expansion, biodegradability, stimulus‐reaction characteristics, and other characteristics order better tailor them complex craniofacial tissues. They focus of various studies attempted load biological cargos for therapeutic regenerative uses oro‐facial This article assesses utility advancements hydrogel‐based pharmaceutical delivery devices management disorders such as dental caries, endodontic diseases, periodontitis, temporomandibular disorders, mucosal cancer, so forth.

Background: Periodontitis, one of the most common oral diseases caused by bacterial infection which affects gums, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone, is a leading cause tooth loss in adults. Current clinical treatments, such as scaling or antibiotics, often result incomplete biofilm removal can contribute to drug resistance. Methods: To address these limitations, nanozyme comprising platinum, copper, selenium was developed, then incorporated into thermoresponsive hydrogel. Results: When applied pockets exposed 808 nm laser irradiation, hydrogel became soft, dissolving release nanozyme. This demonstrated superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like catalase (CAT)-like activity, reducing excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) while displaying strong antibacterial anti-inflammatory effects. Conclusion: photothermal showed excellent biocompatibility has potential overcome challenges current periodontitis treatments. Keywords: thermosensitive, therapy, hydrogel,
