As a global pollutant, cadmium (Cd) can easily enter the body through food chains, threatening human health. Most Cd is initially absorbed in gut, with gut microbiota playing pivotal role reducing absorption and accumulation. This study assessed effects of three fatty acids on accumulation toxicity Cd-exposed mice.
