With the continuous depletion of fossil resources and deterioration global climate, it is particularly urgent to find green sustainable renewable replace non-renewable resources. Renewable biomass, which converts stores light energy into chemical through photosynthesis by plants, has received widespread attention due its simultaneous resource properties. Therefore, this article focuses on lignocellulose, an important component in fields conversion high-value-added preparation. A detailed review was conducted application catalysts biomass bio-char, bio-oil, bio-gas, high-value added chemicals their derivatives, represented 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) levulinic acid (LA). At same time, difficulties challenges encountered were analyzed, new ideas proposed for future development directions, so as provide pathways efficient chemicals.

Abstract BACKGROUND The development of efficient and green pretreatment pathway is great significance for promoting biofuel production from lignocellulosic waste. purpose this work was to evaluate that iron ion‐catalyzed hydrogen peroxide can be used as an environmentally friendly way bio‐jet fuel using straw. RESULTS effects (Fe‐HP) on the enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation straw were investigated. It found significantly improved hydrolysis efficiency biomass. Subsequently, directional catalytic transformation straw‐derived broth fuels achieved a dual functional catalyst (HSAPO34/NiHBET). High conversion (94.9%) good jet‐fuel selectivity (77.3%) obtained in process On account biomass characterization analysis reactive oxygen species during Fe‐HP pretreatment, role mechanism addressed. CONCLUSION jet increased sugar yield concentration which beneficial subsequent production. take prominent lignocellulose. © 2024 Society Chemical Industry (SCI).
