Abstract The accurate and highly sensitive detection of the tumor marker CYFRA21-1 is crucial for screening diagnosing potential lung cancer patients with non-small cell (NSCLC). A sandwich-type photoelectrochemical (PEC) immunosensor based on a ZnO/poly(5-formylindole) (P5FIn)/anthocyanin heterostructure was developed to achieve background-free CYFRA21-1. ZnO good photovoltaic properties combined narrow bandgap P5FIn form p-n type heterojunction. This structure reduces recombination efficiency electron-hole pairs, thereby enhancing photocurrent response composite. Anthocyanidins are environmentally friendly natural compounds excellent antioxidant, redox properties, remarkable electrochemical activity. After sensitization by anthocyanins, absorption utilization visible light in composites enhanced, further improving PEC luminescence materials. Additionally, boron nitride quantum dots (BN QDs) Ab2 via polydopamine (PDA) as secondary antibody marker, its sensitivity. sensor exhibited linear range (LDR) 0.001-100 ng mL− 1 limit (LOD) 0.00033 1. Furthermore, this demonstrates selectivity, reproducibility, stability, well successful results detecting actual human serum samples. approach provides feasible method detection.

The rational design of nanozymes with excellent enzyme-like catalytic activity and high stability has been a promising objective for biochemistry. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) is vital indicator oxidative stress in humans. Herein, smartphone-based visual sensing platform utilizing nanorod-shaped Ni–Fe-based metal–organic frameworks (Ni–Fe-MOFs) as peroxidase-mimic was developed the fast, portable, low-cost, on-site determination ascorbic acid (AA). Ni–Fe-MOFs are beneficial single electron transfer, which suggests that can be utilized good nanozyme detection AA. mechanism proves most active oxygen ·OH O2·– species capability. display affinity 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) employed AA, low limit 0.094 μM. proposed strategy implies AA human serum samples feasible, thus generating data fine precision. This work not only offers insight designing highly efficient but also broadens their utilization

Photochemical (PEC) sensors were severely limited for multiplex detection applications due to the cross interference between signals at single recognition interface. In this work, a distance-regulated PEC sensor was developed by using an i-Motif sequence with conformational transformation activity as signal transduction unit. Through dynamic regulation of spatial distance end site functional and electrode material, photogenerated electrons on surface directionally transferred. Thus, "signal-on" "signal-off" dual output modes simultaneous multitarget molecules. Combining isothermal nucleic acid amplification, constructed in work successfully applied two virus (Norovirus Rotavirus) sequences. Under optimal condition, bioassay protocol exhibits linear range 0.01–100 nM both viruses limits 0.72 0.53 pM, respectively. study, stimulus-mediated strategy addressed interface sensor. It is expected that technical barriers will be overcome application sensing technology expanded field environmental analysis.
