Wood decomposing ascomycetes and basidiomycetes group of fungi are the most valuable microbes on earth's ecosystem that recycles source carbon; therefore, they essential for biorefinery industries. To understand robustness enzymes their metabolic pathways in fungal system, label-free quantification total proteins was performed. The showed a comparable quantity protein abundance [Trichoderma citrinoviride (285), Thermoascus aurantiacus (206), Ganoderma lucidum MDU-7 (102), G. (242)]. Differentially regulated were analyzed, heatmap shows upregulated downregulated [25 differentially expressed T. (8.62 % up-regulated 91.37 down-regulated) (5.74 94.25 down-regulated)] by using normalized peptide-spectrum match (PSMs) log2fold change. These similarly matched to carbohydrate active family (CAZymes) like glycoside hydrolase (GH family), carbohydrate-binding module (CBM family) with auxiliary activities, also involved hydrolysis carbohydrate, lignin, xylan, polysaccharides, peptides, oxido-reductase activity helps antioxidant defense mechanism. lignocellulolytic from two different divisions proteomics studies gave better understanding carbon recycling multi-product lignocellulosic processes.

Filamentous fungi are a large and diverse taxonomically group of microorganisms found in all habitats worldwide. They grow as network cells called hyphae. Since filamentous live very habitats, they produce different enzymes to degrade material for their living, example hydrolytic various kinds biomasses. Moreover, defense proteins (antimicrobial peptides) attaching surfaces (hydrophobins). Many them easy cultivate known setups (submerged fermentation solid-state fermentation) secretion often much larger than what is seen from yeast bacteria. Therefore, many industries the preferred production hosts enzymes. Edible have traditionally been used food, such mushrooms or fermented foods. New trends use edible myco-protein enriched This review gives an overview proteins, enzymes, peptides produced by most well-known cell factories purposes applications. we describe some challenges that important consider when optimized efficient factories.

The fungal green synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) has gained great interest since it is a cost-effective and easy handling method. process simple because fungi secrete metabolites proteins capable reducing metal salts in aqueous solution, however the mechanism remains largely unknown. aim this study was to analyze secretome Trichoderma harzianum strain during mycobiosynthesis zinc iron nanoparticles. Different profiles secreted by fungus grown culture media or filtrate were observed through SDS‒PAGE LC‒MS/MS analysis identifying 99 304 proteins, respectively. Particularly, metabolic processes stress response mainly oxidoreductases, identified. Successfully, ZnO FeO NPs synthesized characterized transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering, thermogravimetric, FTIR analysis. revealed organic compounds acting as probably capping agents. This research first report which proteomic identifies multiple enzymes involved biogenic NP biosynthesis from T. harzianum, its role clearly demonstrated formation zincite magnetite
