Abstract The vegetable oil degumming process plays a critical role in refining edible oil. Phospholipids ( PL ) removal from crude extracted soybean SBO by the enzymatic has been investigated this work. Enzymatic of with microbial phospholipase A1 PLA-1 Quara LowP and Lecitase Ultra enzymes have also studied comparatively. main novelty our work is use on an industrial scale (600 tons day). Many parameters discussed to understand detail factors affecting losses during process. such as chemical conditioning CC phosphoric acid 85%, enzyme dosage mg/kg (feedstock dependent), reaction time, characteristics plant-processed detail. As point, degummed phosphorus content < 10 increases yield. are not specific for certain phospholipids PL; however, conversion rate depends phospholipid composition. After 4 h, over 99% were degraded their lysophospholipid LPL (lysolecithin). results showed significant effect operating different origins , fatty acids FFA content, Phosphorus total divalent metals (Calcium Ca Magnesium Mg Iron Fe mg/kg) loss. benefit using oils rather than traditional that reduces This decrease known decreases wastewater used chemicals running costs; moreover, it enables physical lowering residue mg/kg.

Grape seed oil (GSO) is a valuable resource for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries due to its fatty acid composition, which provides anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, antimicrobial, anticancer properties. GSO also recognized sensory attributes serves as an essential component in our dietary intake, providing vital acids metabolic reactions. The enzymatic synthesis of structured lipids (SL) using was investigated this study. SL created by incorporating medium chain (capric – C10) at sn-1 sn-3 positions long internal position triacylglycerols (TAG). selected based on composition rich unsaturated acids, mainly linoleic acid. acidolysis reactions were catalyzed immobilized commercial lipase Lipozyme TLIM®. incorporation degree C10 into reached 36%. Health lipid indices calculated determine effect improvement nutritional quality oil. showed lower oxidative stability index (OSI) values than original higher (DFA) values. simpler, solvent-free method not only enhances health benefits oils but gives properties GSO, making it even more attractive option industries.
