The digital transformation of educational environments has highlighted the need for teachers to master skills that integrate technology, pedagogy, and subject matter. In this context, mobile learning emerged as an effective strategy expanding coverage, fostering independent learning, improving academic performance. Its pedagogical integration also lays groundwork future collaborations with immersive virtual emerging technologies such artificial intelligence augmented reality. This study analyzed level TPACK knowledge among secondary school in Regional 08 Ministry Education Dominican Republic, considering use devices. A mixed-method approach was adopted, administering questionnaires 354 interviewing 26 principals. results revealed possessed a moderately high knowledge, influenced by factors age, gender, professional experience, ICT training, institutional support. It concluded strengthening ongoing training technical support is key teaching mediated technologies, projections toward more advanced ecosystems metaverse.

The study aims to examine the effectiveness of interactive digital content based on technological pedagogical knowledge framework (TPACK) model in developing skills educational aids production and enhancing cognitive achievement among early childhood students at Jadara University. researcher relied quasi-experimental approach with two groups identify independent variable teaching method (the TPACK model) dependent (educational achievement). This used instruments: an test observation card. sample comprises 47 female from results showed for producing achievement. Based results, recommends providing training courses designing course models develop various skills.
