Background Recently, many studies have focused on the relationship between senescence and immunotherapy in cancer treatment. However, relatively few examined intrinsic links three. Whether these can act synergistically fight against specific them are still unclear. Methods We extracted, quantified, visualized data from literature (n = 2396) for period 2004-2023 after rigorous quality control using citespace, GraphPad Prism, R software package, VOSviewer. Results Linear fit analyses were generated to predict number of annual publications citations as a function top-performing authors, journals, countries, affiliations academically over past two decades such Weiwei, Aging-us, China, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Vosviewer-based hierarchical clustering further categorized study characteristics into six clusters, including major clusters research, immunosenescence-related research factors, timeline distributions suggesting that cellular tumor progression is new cluster warrants exploration development. Furthermore, gene frequency analysis this most abundant gene, APOE , SIRT1-7 proteins. Conclusion The combination therapies with immunotherapies currently its preliminary stages. Although has greatest impact ICB therapies, mechanistic investigations, drug development sirt1-7 (Sirtuins family) targets may be key combining treatment tumors.
