It has ordered and adjustable pores, multi-dimensional network structure, large specific surface area excellent adsorption properties. This structure combines properties metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) chiral molecules. advantages catalysis, adsorption, separation other fields. Therefore, it wide range applications chemistry, biology, medicine materials science. In this paper, various synthesis strategies preparation methods are reviewed from different perspectives, each method analyzed. addition, framework enantiomer recognition separation, circular polarization luminescence asymmetric catalysis systematically summarized, corresponding mechanisms discussed.
