Promoting wound nerve regeneration and synchronously initiating angiogenesis are critical factors in the healing process of diabetic wounds. However, existing research on wounds mainly focuses angiogenesis, bacterial infection reactive oxygen species, often failing to coordinate neurogenesis angiogenesis. To symbiosis nerves blood vessels wounds, we successfully designed a multifunctional chitosan (CS)-based sponges by regulating structure CS specifically for healing. This sponge, which facilitates effective exudate transfer modulates microenvironment, was constructed using hydroxybutyl grafted with thioctic acid (TA), named as HCT sponge. When applied humid environment, hydrophobic side chains sponge interact self-assembled domains, forming gel-sponge composite. Experimental results showed that adhesion strength wet porcine skin 70.3 kPa. Additionally, exhibited favorable degradability, cytocompatibility antioxidant properties. As it is shown experiments vitro, can not only promote cell proliferation, migration, vessel formation, but also M2 macrophage polarization. Moreover, rat liver femoral artery injury model validated effectively treat heavy bleeding from efficacy through quickly sealing formation multiple hemostatic dams. In vivo studies indicated significantly accelerated compared recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel, achieving better recovery after 15 days. Pathological show novel holds considerable promise treating wound, allowing regenerative at site, provides significant potential further improving clinical applications.

In this study, sodium alginate (SA) aerogel cross-linked with Ca2+ was selected as the basic skeleton to construct a lightweight, flame retardant, and thermal insulating composite via modification melamine phytic acid. The resulting aerogel, SA-1.0 MP, achieved conductivity low 0.0379 W/(m·K). Compared pristine SA MP demonstrated improved fire resistance, evidenced by substantial increase in limiting oxygen index (LOI) from 21.5% 48.8% V-0 rating UL-94 test. Furthermore, synergistic mechanism proposed explain its remarkable flame-retardant capability.
