The brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens (Stål), is a major rice pest in various Asian countries, causing significant negative impacts on yield and quality. In this study, we developed novel nanoplatform (NIT@MON@CuS) for pesticide delivery that responds to redox near-infrared light stimuli. consisted of CuS nanoparticles with mesoporous organic silica (MON), loaded nitenpyram (NIT). With an average size 190 nm loading efficiency 22%, NIT@MON@CuS exhibited remarkable thermal response the region, demonstrating excellent photothermal conversion ability stability. vitro release kinetics demonstrated rapid under glutathione conditions, facilitating satisfactory temperature increase accelerated drug release. NIT@MON@CuS-treated group higher mortality N. lugens, increasing from 62 88% compared treated technical after 96 h. Bioassay revealed significantly enhanced toxicity by more than 1.4-fold against both laboratory insecticide-resistant field strains lugens. Furthermore, RT-qPCR results MON@CuS had capability reduce P450 gene expression, thereby improving sensitivity insecticides. These findings suggest holds great potential as intelligent control platform, offering sustainable efficient approach protect crops pests.

Spodoptera frugiperda (S. frugiperda) is an invasive pest that threatens global crop production and food security poses a serious threat to maize worldwide. Metal-organic framework (MOF) nanocarriers have great potential for agricultural control applications. The present study successfully prepared the chemical cross-linking of iron-based metal-organic nanoparticles (MIL-101(Fe)-NH2 NPs) with sodium lignosulfonate (SL) as pH/laccase double stimuli-responsive pesticide release system. average particle size chlorfenapyr (CF)-loaded (CF@MIL-101-SL was 161.54 nm, loading efficiency 44.52%. The functionalized graphene oxide (GO)-based composites as fillers added into organic coatings are desired for realizing the longstanding corrosion protection of carbon steel. Here, pH-responsive two-dimensional/three-dimensional (2D/3D) GO-based composite (ZIF-90-AAP/GO) was developed by environmentally friendly inhibitor 4-aminoantipyrine (AAP) anchored on in situ growth zeolite imidazolate framework-90 (ZIF-90) GO surface (ZIF-90/GO) through Schiff base reaction. active filler incorporated an epoxy coating (EP) to obtain a high-performance self-healing ZIF-90-AAP can greatly improve dispersion and compatibility EP. low-frequency impedance modulus ZIF-90-AAP/GO-EP still reach up 1.35 × 10

Microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC) exhibits resistance to programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) therapy. Improving the infiltration and tumor recognition of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTLs) is a promising strategy, but it encounters huge challenges from drug delivery mechanisms aspects. Here, zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF) coated with apoptotic body membranes derived MSS-CRC cells engineered for co-delivery ginsenoside Rg1 (Rg1) atractylenolide-I (Att) MSS-CRC, named as Ab@Rg1/Att-ZIF.
