Compositional and structural elucidation of the materials is important to know their properties, chemical stability, electro-photoactivity. The heterojunction electrocatalyst photocatalyst activity could open a new window for solving most urgent environmental energy problems. Here, first time, we have designed fabricated Bi2O3/bismuth titanates modified with MOF-In2S3/CdIn2S4 by stepwise process. detailed formation mixed composite phases were studied in detail. It has been found that formed was efficiently utilized electrocatalytic H2 production reaction photocatalytic degradation tetracycline. XRD patterns metal-organic framework-In2S3 showed main compound MOF, it assigned MIL-53 MOF phase, monoclinic structure. addition CdCl2 onto MOF-In2S3 phase effectively produced CdIn2S4 flower platform on rods. uniform dispersion bismuth detected mapping elements obtained dark-field HAADF-STEM. Finally, predictions how integrate experiments obtain results more common development heterojunctions electro-/photocatalytic applications are presented.
