We reported 10 new copper(II) complexes 1–10 with pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives as ligands. Complexes 2 and 4 reacted glutathione (GSH) in cells through Fenton-like reaction to generate highly toxic hydroxyl radical (·OH) for chemodynamic therapy (CDT), reduced endogenous peroxidase (GPX4) induce ferroptosis. In addition, these effectively caused mitochondrial dysfunction induced apoptosis autophagy tumor cells. Furthermore, inhibited the bladder cancer cell growth a xenograft model. This study presents that can significantly death by enhanced CDT bimodal ferroptosis, providing promising approach therapy.

Abstract Choriocarcinoma (CC) is a malignant solid tumor caused by abnormal differentiation of placental trophoblast cells. Clinical treatment mainly based on systemic intravenous chemotherapy, which faces multi therapeutic challenges. In this study, we pioneered the intrauterine perfusion route to treat orthotopic choriocarcinoma and achieved precise targeting effect combined with sonodynamic therapy (SDT). Our research meticulously developed an innovative biomimetic drug delivery system, designated as HIC@M nanoparticles (HIC@M NPs). This system involved incorporation cisplatin (CDDP) indocyanine green (ICG) onto hydrazide‐modified hyaluronic acid (HHA), followed encapsulation within cancer cell membrane. The prepared NPs could deplete GSH, generate large amounts reactive oxygen species (ROS), sensitize CDDP for higher efficiency. vivo results demonstrated that collaborative application SDT optimal efficacy while concurrently minimizing adverse effects. By depleting GSH generating ROS at site, not only modified microenvironment improve effectiveness mitigated resistance but also induced apoptosis ferroptosis activating p53 signaling pathway. conclusion, culminates in comprehensive anti‐tumor strategy choriocarcinoma.

Background: Molybdenum diselenide (MoSe 2 ), as a nano near-infrared absorber, has been widely studied in the field of photothermal therapy cancer. However, there is little research on its application treatment human choriocarcinoma. Methods and Results: In this paper, new type carbon-coated MoSe (MEC) nanoparticles was prepared by one-step hydrothermal method. The chemical characterization including SEM, TEM, EDS, XRD, FT-IR, TGA, Roman, XPS showed that MEC successfully synthesized.MEC exhibited high conversion efficiency (50.97%) extraordinary stability under laser irradiation. The cell experiment results had good biocompatibility normal cells while significant effect choriocarcinoma (JEG-3) cells, achieving anticancer effect. The level reactive oxygen species (ROS) JEG-3 significantly increased combination nearinfrared radiation.MEC could induce apoptosis with radiation. Finally, transcriptomic analysis verified combined radiation inhibit DNA replication apoptosis, thus improving therapeutic choriocarcinoma. Conclusion: exert an excellent may become important candidate drug for choriocarcinoma.
