Herein, the aptamer–antibody sandwich module was first introduced to accurately recognize a low molecular weight compound (mycotoxin). Impressively, compared with large steric hindrance of traditional dual-antibody module, Gibbs free energy and dissociation constant has high recognition efficiency; thus, it could reduce false positives negatives caused by module. As proof concept, sensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor constructed for detecting mycotoxin zearalenone (ZEN) based on an as biological element porous ZnO nanosheets (Zn NSs) supported Cu nanoclusters (Cu NCs) signal transduction element, in which antibody modified vertex tetrahedral DNA nanostructure (TDN) rigid structure increase kinetics target promoting detection sensitivity. Moreover, NCs/Zn NSs exhibited excellent ECL response that attributed aggregation-induced enhancement through electrostatic interactions. The sensing platform achieved trace ZEN limit 0.31 fg/mL, far beyond enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA, current rapid method) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC, national standard method). strategy great application potential food analysis, environmental monitoring, clinical diagnosis.
