Intestinal
bacterial
infections
have
become
a
significant
threat
to
human
health.
However,
the
current
typical
antibiotic-based
therapies
not
only
contribute
drug
resistance
but
also
disrupt
gut
microbiota
balance,
resulting
in
additional
adverse
effects
on
life
activities.
There
is
an
urgent
need
develop
new
antibacterial
materials
that
selectively
eliminate
pathogenic
bacteria
without
disrupting
beneficial
communities
or
promoting
resistance.
Herein,
we
utilize
quorum
sensing
(QS),
universal
mechanism
for
regulating
community
behavior,
supramolecular
QS
trap
by
encapsulating
cucurbit[7]uril
(CB[7])
1-vinyl-3-pentylimidazolium
bromide
([VPIM]Br)
form
switch
([VPIM]Br⊂CB[7])
through
host–guest
interactions
followed
grafting
it
onto
cell
surfaces
using
atom
transfer
radical
polymerization.
Subsequently,

ABSTRACT
Objective
This
systematic
review
evaluates
the
color‐matching
ability
(Δ
E
00
values)
and
chromatic
stability
of
single‐shade
chameleon
dental
resin
composites
in
restorative
dentistry.
Methods
A
comprehensive
search
PubMed,
Scopus,
Web
Science,
Embase,
Cochrane
Library
was
conducted
following
PRISMA
guidelines.
Studies
assessing
color
adaptation
vitro,
clinical
trials,
retrospective
analyses
were
included.
Results
Seven
studies
(four
two
one
study)
reported
Δ
values
within
clinically
acceptable
thresholds
(<
3.3).
Clinical
trials
showed
that
(e.g.,
Omnichroma,
Vittra
APS
Unique)
achieved
comparable
aesthetic
outcomes
to
multi‐shade
over
12–18
months.
Factors
such
as
staining
agents
cavity
depth
influenced
stability,
with
coffee
exposure
causing
most
discoloration.
Bleaching
procedures
induced
minimal
shifts.
Study
heterogeneity
limited
meta‐analysis.
Conclusion
Single‐shade

reliable
