With the growing exploration of brain actions, memristive elements with biomimetic properties are urgently needed to estimate activities biological synapses. Based on this, a discrete memcapacitor is used as synapses, which applied in neuron map construct memcapacitive-synapse model this paper. Firstly, characteristics studied, and its capability perform memory behavior demonstrated. Secondly, numerical methods investigate bionic behaviors complex dynamical model, including extreme multistability, multiple firing patterns, all tightly related parameters memcapacitive-synapse. Finally, chaotic attractor generated by also implemented based DSP hardware platform. It justified from different perspectives that it reasonable feasible adopt estimated synapse behaviors.
