Abstract
The
cumulative
effects
of
anthropogenic
stress
on
freshwater
ecosystems
are
becoming
increasingly
evident
and
worrisome.
In
lake
sediments
contaminated
by
heavy
metals,
the
composition
structure
microbial
communities
can
change
affect
nutrient
transformation
biogeochemical
cycling
sediments.

Determining
the
sources
and
factors
influencing
spatial
variation
of
heavy
metals
in
surface
sediments
tidal
flats
