Polypropylene (PP) is among the most widely used commodity plastics in our everyday life due to its low cost, lightweight, easy processability, and exceptional chemical, thermo-mechanical characteristics. The growing awareness on energy environmental crisis has driven global efforts for creating a circular economy via developing sustainable eco-friendly alternatives traditional produced from fossil fuels variety of end-use applications. This review paper presents brief outline emerging bio-based PP derived renewable natural resources, covering production routes, market analysis potential utilizations. contribution also provides comprehensive PP-based biocomposites with diverse green fillers generated agro-industrial wastes, particular emphasis structural modification, processing techniques, mechanical properties, practical Furthermore, given that majority products are currently destined landfills, research progress enhancing degradation presented light concerns. Finally, conclusion discussions challenges future perspectives provided.

In order to explore the chemical water characteristics of water-scarce rivers in China, Ciyao River basin Shanxi Province was taken as a case study. Water samples mainstream and its tributaries were collected wet, normal, dry seasons 2021. The composition spatial variation main ions body analyzed using ion chromatography (IC) instrument. addition, Pearson correlation analyses used evaluate relevant between concentrations. results showed that overall surface study area weakly alkaline, content total dissolved solids (TDS) varied greatly, ranging from 702 5091 mg/L, with an average 2897 mg/L. TDS middle stream > downstream upstream trend, hydrochemical type Cl • SO4 HCO3 – Ca Na. contents most significantly changed based on differences sampling sites seasons. Natural human factors influence river. According Gibbs diagram Piper (Figure 3), ionic is mainly affected by joint action rock weathering evaporative crystallization. Carbonate rocks constitute significant weathering, followed silicate rocks. Wastewater industrial enterprises, agricultural wastewater, activities people’s daily living also have some weathering. Cation exchange important forming components River. research can provide technical references basis for regional environment protection, resources development utilization, watershed eco-hydrology research.
