Land use pattern is one of the most important factors affecting quality habitats, which taken as research objective in this study. Based on land data Ciyao river basin from 1985 to 2020, transfer matrix analysis, superposition and zoning statistics were carried out by ArcGIS. The impact main threat sources (cultivated land, urban rural residential land) water was calculated using investment model. habitat changes hydrological analyzed. findings demonstrated that land-type conversion River Basin 2020 mainly manifested cultivated construction (94.49 km2), grassland (21.59 km2) forest (27.15 km2). decreased gradually North South. medium high areas are concentrated headwater area river. Due change type, significantly improved 2005 while confluence Wuliang section declined 1995 2015. improvements source conservation capacity, total amount resources annual runoff depth increased 2019 without significant precipitation. has due development environmental pollution control improvement watershed 2016–2020.
