Abstract In recent years, the conventional methods of synthesizing nanomaterials have been surpassed by emergence microfluidics route, which has brought forth numerous advantages and transformed domain nanomaterial synthesis. However, synthesis semiconducting oxide nanomaterials, specifically Tin (SnO 2 ), remains a crucial area research due to its remarkable as viable alternative toxic costly materials. Additionally, SnO quantum dots (QDs) exhibit immense potential across diverse range applications their exceptional optical electrical properties. The existing for QDs are either time-consuming or involve high-temperature conditions. To address these challenges, droplet-based microfluidic technique emerged promising approach controlled various nanomaterials. This article highlights with tunable size through utilization technique, providing precise control over droplet volumes. X-ray diffraction analysis verified presence rutile-type tetragonal structure in QDs. From transmission electron microscopy analysis, average particle was calculated be 1.90 nm, 2.09 nm 2.63 volume corresponding 33.25 μ l, 27.84 l 18.25 respectively. Furthermore, decrease tunabilty bandgap, from 4.60 eV 4.00 observed. work provides insights into influence on turn affects associated properties system.
