El siguiente estudio de caso una mujer adulta mayor mexicana con sentimientos soledad tiene como objetivo explorar las experiencias vida que propiciaron este sentimiento, estrategias manejo y/o disminución y, los efectos sobre su salud. Se utiliza el método biográfico narrativo, ubicado dentro la investigación cualitativa, a través entrevista semiestructurada en profundidad mediante narración experiencias, ideas y aprendizajes se extrae objeto estudio. Los resultados muestran cómo nace sentimiento por falta apoyo familiar infancia, manteniéndose relación conyugal. afrontamiento actividades laborales, sociales familiares repercuten positivamente, mientras última junto impactan salud física.
