Phosphorus (P) is the most important substance in inorganic fertilizers used agriculture industry. In this study, a multi-product and multi-objective model presented considering economic environmental concerns to design renewable sustainable P-fertilizer supply chain management (PFSCM) strategy. To handle complexities of model, an ensemble heuristic–metaheuristic algorithm utilizing heuristic information available whale optimization algorithm, variable neighborhood search (named H-WOA-VNS) proposed. This study examines the impact of green logistics initiatives on environmental sustainability in Bauchi Metropolis - a state North East region Nigeria. A survey method employing questionnaire was used to collect data for period May July 2022. stratified snowball sampling technique administer questionnaire.
