Introduction. It is widely known that suboptimal nutrition can trigger the mechanisms of development or progression alimentary-dependent diseases (ADD). Aim to study trend in morbidity adult population Republic Buryatia (RB). Materials and methods. The was conducted on basis for 2014–2023. RB comparison with data Far Eastern Federal District Russian Federation. assessment actual power supply carried out using software. Results. Comparison average ADD indices 2019–2023 compared 2014–2018 showed an increase by 1.23 times circulatory system 1.17 endocrine system. sigmal deviation method revealed prevalence exceeds regional level from 2.1 8.5% thyrotoxicosis, diabetes mellitus, including type II, obesity, federative 4.4 9.7% thyrotoxicosis. In diet, there a deficiency B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium surplus. Limitations. results among region nutritional characteristics workers industrial center clearly do not prove causality formation these diseases. The prevalence of hypertension among the Tibetan population in Tibet is higher than other regions China, and there a lack unified epidemiological surveys. This study aims to conduct standardized investigation assess current status population, as well explore dose–response relationship between cholesterol (TC), triglyceride glucose index (TyG), glucose-body mass (TyG-BMI), this population. From June 2020 July 2023, total 5042 Tibetans aged 18 80 years from three cities one region were randomly sampled for study. Logistic regression analysis models combined with restricted cubic splines used analyze LDL-C, TC, TyG, TyG-BMI index, HTN (1) Tibet, was 32.35%, which men slightly women. (2) Age, BMI, fasting blood (FBG), uric acid (UA), triglycerides (TG), homocysteine (Hcy), populations compared non-HTN (P < 0.05). Amiloride (AML) and hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) combination is used alone or with other medicines to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). The present article provides the development validation of an reverse phase ultra performance liquid chromatography (RP-UPLC) approach for quantification AML, HCTZ, related impurities in pharmaceutical dosage forms. analytical column separation Waters X bridge C18 3.5 μm (50 mm 4.6 mm). Used 0.1% formic acid ethanol as MP isocratic mode 0.3 mL/min flow rate 3 μL injection volume, at 254 nm detection UV 12 minutes total run time. samples were prepared specifically undergo forced degradation, which involved subjecting them hydrolysis, oxidation, thermal, photolytic conditions. technique underwent by principles set forth ICH Q2 guidelines. confirmed that method possesses specificity, linearity, ruggedness, robustness accuracy. methodology employed exhibited a linear relationship extending from 10 150% all impurities. recovery analysis was conducted throughout range concentrations, starting concentration. average value determined be within acceptable limits. evidence degradation findings verified study suggest nature subject under investigation stable. Hence, this might domains research quality control departments. Green chemistry tools are assess method’s greenness calculated using GAPI, AGREE ecological-scale found excellent green >75%.
