The advancement of cellular agriculture hinges on replicating the mouthfeel, taste, and texture conventional meat, which are largely determined by fat tissue composed adipocytes. However, growing cells at scale remains a significant challenge for field. This study explores use edible bioscaffolds to support large-scale production bovine Scaffold-based approaches commonly used facilitate proliferation adherent within bioreactors, yet identifying suitable, scaffolds cultured meat an ongoing challenge. Here, we present efficient approach screening biological evaluating their suitability production. We assess whole oats unhulled buckwheat as potential substrates preadipocyte attachment, proliferation, differentiation. Our results demonstrate that both grains cell adhesion growth; however, with favourable surface properties, emerged promising natural bioscaffold food applications, offering scalability nutritional benefits.
