Cancer is a complex disease that caused by multiple genetic factors. Researchers have been studying protein domain mutations to understand how they affect the progression and treatment of cancer. These can significantly impact development spread cancer changing structure, function, signalling pathways. As result, there growing interest in these be used as prognostic indicators for prognosis. Recent studies shown provide valuable information about severity patient's response treatment. They may also predict resistance targeted therapy The clinical implications are significant, regarded essential biomarkers oncology. However, additional techniques approaches required characterize changes domains their functional effects. Machine learning other computational tools offer promising solutions this challenge, enabling prediction on structure function. Such predictions aid interpretation information. Furthermore, genome editing like CRISPR/Cas9 has made it possible validate significance mutants more efficiently accurately. In conclusion, hold great promise predictive Overall, considerable research still needed better define molecular heterogeneity resolve challenges remain, so full potential realized.

This review aims to address the significant challenges of treating central nervous system (CNS) disorders such as neurodegenerative diseases, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and brain tumors. These are difficult manage due complexity disease mechanisms protective blood–brain barrier (BBB), which restricts drug delivery. Recent advancements in nanoparticle (NP) technologies offer promising solutions, with potential applications delivery, neuroprotection, neuroregeneration. By examining current research, we explore how NPs can cross BBB, deliver medications directly targeted CNS regions, enhance both diagnostics treatment. Key NP strategies, passive targeting, receptor-mediated transport, stimuli-responsive systems, demonstrate encouraging results. Studies show that may improve minimize side effects, increase therapeutic effectiveness models Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, stroke, glioblastoma. thus represent a approach for disorder management, combining delivery diagnostic capabilities enable more precise effective treatments could significantly benefit patient outcomes.

Abstract Background Face2Gene (F2G) is a software program, widely used in clinical genetics and dysmorphology for recognizing children with genetic disorders. In order to assess its accuracy real context, we applied F2G patients from our counseling center. Results We randomly selected 151 children, who were referred because of dysmorphic features later diagnosed particular condition. A frontal photograph was uploaded the at least three phenotypic traits each case. Date birth, sex, weight, height, head circumference also entered software. The efficacy program correctly diagnose syndrome based on facial analysis and/or assessed. 56% (84 cases) patients, accurately identified correct diagnosis top suggestions. Forty-seven percent (71 had after applying only analysis. There statistically significant difference between two types analysis— p = 0.001. 19 cases where unable identify among options analysis, included 30 suggested syndromes, yielding total success rate 68%. found ultra-rare syndromes’ suggestions area six more cases. Conclusions Our results show that has good overall performance, but adding case under study may increase even further diagnostic capacity.
