In the context of digital transformation era, extensive application artificial intelligence (AI) is profoundly altering workplace environment, thereby underscoring critical need to elucidate its impact on employee innovation behavior. Such insights are essential for optimizing human resource management and enhancing organizational competitiveness. Grounded in cognitive evaluation theory, this study explores underlying mechanisms through which AI usage influences behavior develops an integrated theoretical model that incorporates both personality traits job characteristics. A two-wave questionnaire survey was conducted, hierarchical regression analysis employed test hypotheses using a sample 339 employees from 13 manufacturing enterprises China. The accuracy of self-perceptions and the maturity to handle feedback received from others are instrumental for one’s mental health, interpersonal relations, effectiveness in classroom at work. Nonetheless, research on computer self-efficacy (CSE) reactions task performance has been ambiguous terms quality, motivations, results. A particularly important case involves overconfident individuals, i.e., those with unrealistically high CSE beliefs. Background and Aim:The digital self-efficacy scale was prepared developed in 2022 by Ulfert Schmidt order to measure the subject's competencies using technologies.This consists of 25 items measures five dimensions, which are: 1) information data literacy; 2) collaboration communication; 3) production content; 4) security; 5) Problem-solving.The purpose present study investigate validity reliability Iranian sample.Methods: The current research applied terms validation research.The a quantitative determination methods were used validate scale.The statistical population included all students Islamic Azad University, South Tehran branch, who studying 2022-2023 academic year.The sample this 500 selected available sampling method completed questionnaire.In statistically analyze data, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory KMO Bartlett test, Cronbach's alpha, combined coefficient (CR) Pearson correlation used.Statistical analysis done with SPSS software version 23.Results: After confirming face validity, 5 factors greater eigenvalue 1 identified through so that obtained total able explain 70.55% self-efficacy.Confirmatory also showed significance factors.Moreover, coefficients for convergent test-retest reliability, alpha composite higher than 0.70, indicates appropriate questionnaire.Conclusion: It can be concluded has good reliability.

Abstract Aims To assess digital capabilities and academic performance among nursing students investigate the mediating role of students’ self-efficacy.
