Background: In recent years, the growing prevalence of digital technology has transformed every aspect life, including mental health care and support. Child and adolescent mental health is a global priority. In sub-Saharan Africa, despite the high burden, there gap in services for children adolescents with disorders. To bridge this gap, healthcare workers require good understanding of child health, right attitude, practices geared to improving health. This study, based on data from Chinese governmental departmental reports 2022, employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative (fsQCA) to evaluate efficiency of across various regions.
