Hazaras are a newly emerging community in Australia and limited research has explored their mental health. The first aim of this study was to explore levels psychological distress subjective well-being reported by Australia, whether scores on psychosocial variables (self-compassion, self-coldness, acculturation, resilience, spirituality), domains differed sociodemographic groups. second had two parts: (a) examine bivariate relationships between the variables, well-being; (b) predictor independently contributed when controlling for characteristics. Seventy-two (58 men 14 women), with mean age 28.82 years ( SD = 8.84) average length time residing 10.17 4.11), completed an online survey. Self-coldness, self-compassion, resilience acculturation uniquely variables. Although migration programmes that provide permanent residency allow join refugees limited, they appear important. Many difficulties facing ongoing, external beyond control (e.g. visa status); however, there is possibility can play role as protective factor.
