To solve the problem of difficult real-time monitoring current transmission lines, this article proposes an information-based system for lines based on Internet Things technology. The utilizes characteristics strong scalability, good fault tolerance, low power consumption, and cost Things. Taking ultra-low consumption MSP430 microcontroller CC2430 radio frequency module as core, a line is designed. proposed design uses ZigBee wireless sensor network technology which powered by solar energy. collection, transmission, processing judgment various environmental parameters are realized. data information transferred to center upper computer through GPRS. When there abnormality, it can send mobile phone short message person in charge feedback abnormal content time. distribution network's load symmetry allowed development several locating procedures. For three-phase symmetric scheme, location approach supply was employed, asymmetric technique impedance proposed. One most vital mitigation failures disasters. Improved dependability, less financial loss, fewer outages all possible thanks Things' cutting-edge sensing communication This research introduced use IoT online electricity with focus construction smart grid. results indicated that system's highest temperature difference 0.31 C, while maximum humidity 1.38%. increases safety manageability also fostering widespread adoption technical integration grid
