The main objective of this study was to analyse the disaggregated effect natural resource rents on ecological footprint in 24 countries. impact from oil, gas and minerals examined. Using CS-ARDL approach, it found that these resources increase footprint, albeit by different amounts. For example, oil have a greater environment than mineral rents. latter generate less environmental pollution. In addition, using approach Dumitrescu Hurlin (2012), bidirectional relationship between footprint. A similar result obtained indicator degradation. This implies that, if countries decide reduce their they derive will be affected. Therefore, is essential nations promote environmentally friendly extraction practices, advanced technologies aligned with sustainable development principles. case rents, were cause an without feedback effects. means can sure decreasing not economic relation earn gas. are encouraged continue resource.

This study empirically examines the influence of tourism development, renewable energy and green finance (GF) on high-quality economic development. Using data from 33 years in China 1990 to 2022, this applies Gregory Hansen analysis investigate relationships between development (TD), (RE), finance, (HQED), accepts a Spatial auto regressive. demonstrates that plays crucial role promoting growth by positively impacting all three its components. Moreover, utilization further enhances beneficial promotion superior (EG), while also correlation foreign direct investment (FDI) growth. Our suggests policy recommendations for policymakers based these findings. These include strengthening integration with GF, establishing an environmental disclosure framework oversee local governments enhancing effectiveness implementing medium- long-term favorable policies as external intervention strategy encourage private sector.

The booming digital economy (DIG) has deeply altered the pattern of people's lives and production plays a key role in increasing human well-being achieving urban sustainability. This study investigates relationship between DIG ecological performance (EWP) agglomerations Yangtze River Delta (YRD), Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BTH) Pearl (PRD) from 2010 to 2020. main results are as follows. Overall, can significantly enhance EWP. In terms spatial spillover effect, there is no effect BTH YRD agglomerations, negative PRD agglomerations. overall that promotes growth EWP region, while increase neighboring regions will hinder enhancement region. regional heterogeneity, size direct contribution "PRD > BTH". Abstract River basin cities are areas with remarkable conflicts between the human activity and ecological environment. They also important targets for policy implementation of sustainable high-quality development (HD) in various countries around world. This article exploits panel data 99 located Yellow Basin (YRB) from 2006 to 2019 empirically analyze spatial effect financial growth on HD. Spatial weights participated econometric models utilized this effect. Empirical results reveal that: (1) HD YRB shows a strong positive autocorrelation. (2) Financial exerts an N-shaped curve long-term perspective. When influence spills out surroundings, it exhibits inverted U-shaped characteristic. (3) Green innovation can be intermediary factor (4) The appears stronger regions higher economic levels, where effects transmitted surrounding regions. However, backward low-economy prevents spillover effects. study instrumental formulate policies that aim promote river cities.
