At present, the scale of subway construction in Chinese cities has reached a new height, and shield slag produced by it also surged year year. Untreated not only occupies space resources country, but carries CO2, which causes negative impacts on environment which, as result, is conducive to realization goal national “double-carbon” strategy. Therefore, how effectively manage become scientific problem that needs be solved urgently. In order scientifically dispose metro quantify carbon reduction intensity its disposal, based integrated recycling technology, taking tunnel interval Shenzhen Line 13 an example, this study systematically sorted out disposal process, clarified management path on-site resource utilization slag, quantitatively compared emissions before after treatment well intensity. The results show process basically feasible, that, possible achieve structure products mud cake water content less than 40% target, case 160,000 m3 total about 4240.13 t each preparation 1 recycled bricks can bring benefit 240.09 kg CO2. Compared with conventional head truck save cost 10.4 million yuan, meaning terms economic social levels, method good benefits.
