Bitumen is a significant component used in road construction. Traditionally, it subjected to air-blowing processes at high temperatures (220–260 °C) enhance its viscosity, rigidity, and oxidation characteristics. However, such approaches are often energy-consuming result extensive environmental issues, so more efficient environmentally friendly techniques needed. This review evaluates the emerging novel pathways for treating bitumen, with particular focus on role of ozone process. By examining present studies, this emphasizes incorporation as an oxidizing agent address current challenges long process times activation comprehensively demonstrates enhancement bitumen’s mechanical properties through treatment. It also highlights minimization toxic emissions achieves, especially highlighting crucial improving characteristics bitumen relation global trend toward making civil construction projects friendly. The main aim contribute development new ideas field modification encourage further advances from standpoint efficiency minimizing impacts.

GEE establish RSEI. During Sen + M-K trend analysis, Hurst Geodetector were employed assess RSEI driving factors. results show following: (1) An area 1500 m around where ecological will be greatest. (2) curve annual mean 2016 2021 V-shaped. From northwest southeast, there an increasing spatial distribution. (3) largest environmental degradation occurred first year construction. With the progressive reduction in virgin material availability and growing global concern for sustainability, civil engineering researchers worldwide are shifting their attention toward exploring alternative mechanically sound technological solutions. The feasibility of preparing both cold hot asphalt mixtures (AMs) road pavement binder layers with construction demolition wastes (C&DWs) reclaimed (RAP) partially replacing materials like limestone aggregates filler has already been proven. technical suitability compliance specifications paving involved evaluation mechanical volumetric aspects by means indirect tensile strength tests saturated surface dry voids, respectively. Thus, main goal present study is to train, validate, test selected machine learning algorithms based on data obtained from previous experimental campaign aim predicting properties performance investigated mixtures. A comparison between predictions made ridge lasso regression techniques shallow (SNN) deep neural network (DNN) models showed that latter achieved better predictive capabilities, highlighted fully satisfactory metrics. DNN can be summarized R2 values equal 0.8990 terms void predictions, as well 0.9954 predictions. Predicted observations thus implemented within traditional mix design software. This would reduce need carry out additional expensive time-consuming campaigns.
