Soils in the Black Soil Zone of northeast China are experiencing pollution from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) as region undergoes urbanization. In this study, 119 topsoil samples were collected black soil agricultural area Jilin Province, to investigate characteristics and spatial distribution 16 PAHs. The total concentration ∑16 PAHs soils ranged 2.546 33.993 mg/kg, with a mean value 9.99 mg/kg. Exploring the factors driving farmers’ crop rotation intention and behavior can provide a scientific foundation for enhancing policies. Utilizing 448 micro-research samples from three counties in Heilongjiang Province, structural equation model was developed to examine influencing behavior. This analysis focused on farmer cognition, family endowment, external environment. In the context of global climate change and carbon neutrality goals, agriculture has emerged as a major source greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, faces critical challenge reducing emissions while ensuring food security. However, existing research rarely focused on dynamic simulation scenario-based analysis optimised agricultural layouts their impact GHG emissions.
