Environmental regulation promotes industrial structure change and regional economic transformation through land use adjustment, which gets a new way to explore the path of reforming traditional industrialization urbanization. Based on panel data 128 prefecture-level cities in China 's Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 2020, this paper uses spatial Dubin model analyze impact environmental efficiency upgrading structure, sets threshold examine by affecting efficiency. The results show that formal has significant positive effect rationalization are 0.1734 0.2854 respectively. Informal negative spillover neighboring provinces but not significant. Heterogeneous obvious "double effect" When intensity is 0.0315-0.0886, still inhibits upgrading. value greater than 0.0886, With weak strong, it will produce double "strong inhibition-weak inhibition-interaction promotion" manufacturing adjustment

In order to explore the current status and progress trend of global research in field green finance energy, this paper is based on 162 literature information published from 1 January 2000 31 December 2022 Web Science Core Collection, using bibliometric methods CiteSpace VOSviewer software analyze number publications, citation frequency, authors, journals, keywords countries, etc., so as during period. The results illustrate that publications has grown dramatically since 2021. WOS database involves 48 countries around world, among which China largest accounting for 75.31% total Japanese scholars have highest average citations their articles, at 57.21. "Environmental science pollution research" "Renewable energy" are main journal carriers field. High-frequency instance "green finance", "economic-growth", "renewable energy", "CO2 emissions", "consumption" constitute representative terms core content Exploring link between carbon dioxide emissions intensity, climate renewable energy objectives investigation At present, there a paucity systematically explores intrinsic links field, we filled relevant gaps some extent. analyzed by method helpful comprehensive understand status, foresight provide reference future studies. Furthermore, identified key themes area, finally, following policy recommendations: (1) Integrated planning, cooperation, transformation (2) Research, diversify finance, support (3) Collaboration sustainable development environmental responsibility.

The massive consumption of fossil energy has resulted in high CO2 emissions, posing a formidable challenge to global sustainable economic development (SED). As countries endeavor shift from clean sources achieve SED, research on the impact is scarce, and quantitative analysis lacking. This study measured China's SED used spatial econometric model examine production across 30 provinces China 2008 2020. Results show that (1) exhibits significant positive autocorrelation characteristics, forming "point-to-area" pattern. (2) Clean consumption, production, structure all contribute promotion region have spillover effects. (3) A considerable regional disparity exists SED. eastern central regions effects, whereas western opposite. Notably, estimated coefficient Durbin relatively small, reflecting ongoing transition its limited role promoting sustainability. Joint efforts differentiated policies are essential develop economic.
