Updated normative documents within the Fit for 55 legislative package envisage increased dynamics in achieving European Green Deal goals, which are obligatory EU countries. This directly applies to over 65 million energy-inefficient buildings EU27 urban areas as well heat supply systems. However, unified funding long-term renovation programs is not planned. To respond quickly diverse financing options with distinct conditions and target variables, a costly time-consuming elaboration of detailed projects becomes ineffective. The article outlines functional algorithm developed innovation sandbox, intended simulation various renovation/modernization overall heating system including heated buildings, district network sources. aim crafting application/project that meets specific maximum provides high performance-price ratio. founded on previously methodological concept.
