With the rapid development of digital new infrastructure industry, energy demand for communication base stations in smart grid systems is escalating daily. The country vigorously promoting storage industry. However, capacity limited and widely distributed, making it difficult to effectively participate power auxiliary services by only implementing centralized control stations. Aiming at this issue, an interactive hybrid mode between system under station sleep strategy delved into paper. ABSTRACT The rapid growth of interconnected devices and data traffic necessitates robust mobile networks, especially in rural areas with unreliable grid power. This paper introduces an optimisation framework for the off‐grid green open radio access network architecture utilising renewable energy to meet this demand. aims optimise power bandwidth allocation, ensuring high rates reliability from sustainable sources. Smart buildings have a large number of dispatchable resources, both for power production and consumption functions, the energy intelligent building clusters has good complementary interactive relationship, which can better promote local distributed energy. In order to realize goal “dual-carbon” construction new system mainly based on renewable energy, this paper takes Business Building (BSB) cluster with photovoltaic (PV) generation as research object. A peer-to-peer (P2P) trading model shared storage (SES) BSBs is constructed, potential risk stochastic volatility evaluated using conditional value-at-risk (CVaR). Finally, optimal strategy P2P sharing among obtained by solving alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM). The results show that proposed minimize operating cost multi-BSB alliance win–win benefits users operators. Meanwhile, CVaR gives trade-off between risks, satisfy needs decision-makers different preferences in making decisions.
