The deep integration of the digital economy and high-quality energy development is a vital breakthrough in promoting transformation upgrading energy, it also critical path to achieving green low-carbon development. However, degree two has yet be discovered. This article measures coupling coordination using panel data from 30 provinces China 2013 2020, explores spatiotemporal evolution characteristics degree, further analyzes driving factors degree. results show that:(1) shows an upward trend, but there are apparent gradient differences spatial non-equilibrium features among provinces. (2) "parabolic" trend "high east low west" east-west direction "inverted U-shaped" north-south direction. (3) center gravity moves southwest, clustering northeast-southwest showing spreading southeast-northwest (4) significant positive correlation, cold-hot spot gradually develops into distribution pattern with Yangtze River Delta as agglomeration center. (5) Economic development, industrial structure, government behavior, environmental regulation, urbanization, technological innovation, external openness significantly impact In addition, economic human capital have spillover effect on Urbanization level innovation negative Accordingly, promote interaction between should take effective optimizing scientifically urbanization process, enhancing scientific capacity.
