Purpose This study aims to examine the mediating effects of two corporate social responsibility factors – leadership mindset and commitment on relationship between sustainable orientation toward Industry 4.0 environmental decision-making effectiveness. Design/methodology/approach The research model was tested using structural equation modeling based survey data from 175 companies serving Hajj Umrah sector in Saudi Arabia, a recognized for its high level digitalization. The role of financial literacy in enhancing firm’s sustainable performance through Fintech adoption: a moderated mediation analysis
