During
the
production
period
of
shale
gas,
proppant
particles
and
rock
debris
are
produced
together,
which
will
seriously
erode
elbows
gathering
pipelines.
In
response
to
this
problem,
paper
takes
elbow
pipeline
in
Changning
Shale
Gas
Field
as
an
example
test
erosion
rate
material
removal
mechanism
piece
at
different
angles
through
experiments
compares
four
models
with
experimental
results.
Through
analysis,
it
is
found
that
best
prediction
model
for
quartz
sand-carbon
steel
Oka
model.
Based
on
model,
FLUENT
software
was
used
simulate
analyze
law
gas
under
flow
velocities,
pressure,
particle
size,
length
L1,
bending
directions
elbow.
And
a
spiral
structure
proposed
reduce
same
working
conditions.
The
results
show
can
by
34%.
