This manuscript applies the GML model with unexpected output to measure agricultural green total factor productivity (GTFP) in 30 provinces China from 2011 2019. We explore effect and mechanism of digital inclusive finance (DIF) on productivity. Our empirical results show that during sample period, China’s has shown an increasing trend. Digital mainly promotes GTFP by improving technology level. The coverage rate, application rate digitalization all generate positive effects productivity, among which contributes most. Besides, eastern coastal areas is more significant than other areas. analysis shows can indirectly help improve through motivating innovation industrial structure optimization. research this are extremely meaningful for better implement DIF-related policies, promote development agriculture.
