The proposal of the “double carbon” goal “carbon peak, carbon neutralization” highlights determination China’s green and low-carbon development. Carbon capture is one essential ways to reduce dioxide (CO2) emissions cope with climate change. Then, how improve innovation capability organizations promote transformation upgrading enterprises development a practical problem that needs be dealt quickly. This paper uses multiple linear regression investigate impact environmental regulation on corporate explores mediating effect investment moderating digital transformation. analysis results show government can effectively enhance investments play an intermediary role. However, in China still relatively backward, its positive incentive role further played. As result, should strengthen legislation while also accelerating system development, increasing protection, raising protection awareness among companies using network technology.

In response to climate change, governments have adopted various policies. However, policy uncertainty (CPU) may important implications for the business sector. Is enterprise green innovation (GI) affected by CPU? This study investigates impact of CPU on GI. The China index is created first in this study. It uses panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies 2010 2021 explore GI through fixed effects model, mediating and moderating model. results show that: (1) significantly suppresses GI, according findings. (2) inhibits exacerbating financing constraints. (3) Government subsidies can mitigate inhibiting effect (4) There heterogeneity negative mainly non-state-owned enterprises. suggests several recommendations coping with China.

Innovation is crucial to realize the modernization and industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), so its incentive methods influence mechanisms are worth exploring. Based on externality theory imprinting theory, this paper demonstrates significance external support internal resources in innovation TCM enterprises. This study adopts a sample listed enterprises China during 2007-2023 examine impacts differences between subsidies tax incentives enterprise innovation. deconstructed into five dimensions, including quantity (InNum), quality (InQua), substantive (SubIn), strategic (StrIn), inheritance (InhIn). It found that effect other dimensions firms generally stronger than incentives, except for Heterogeneity analysis indicates promoting more significant southern production region. Moreover, R&D investment mediates relationship Furthermore, executives with pharmaceutical backgrounds (EPB) strengthen impact various enterprises, while EPB only strengthens The findings provide new insights government promote

In order to realize green and low-carbon transformation, some ports have explored the path of sustainable equipment upgrading by adjusting energy structure yard cranes in recent years. However, there are multiple uncertainties investment process hydrogen-powered cranes, existing valuation methods fail effectively deal with these dynamic changes lack scientifically sound decision support tools. To address this problem, study constructs a multi-factor real options model that integrates hydrogen price, carbon technology maturity. study, geometric Brownian motion is used for price simulation, Markov chain jump diffusion term stochastic volatility learning curve method quantify evolution Aiming at long cycle ports, hybrid option strategy “American European” designed, timing scale dynamically optimized Monte Carlo simulation least squares regression. Based on empirical analysis Qingdao Port, results show optimal plan project under framework use an American-type maintain moderate flexibility early stage, European-type lock return later stage. The provides development enhances economic returns emission reduction benefits.
