Protected areas are significant due to the high value of natural resources they shelter. This study's primary objective is assess quality status water (13 lakes and Tisa River) localized in protected area River on territory Romania. Abstract Groundwater is a vital source of safe drinking water in Bangladesh and most South Asian countries. This study investigated the physicochemical parameters (pH, Temperature, DO, ORP, TDS and EC) of water quality along with 12 heavy metals concentrations in Dhaleshwari River. DO EC concentration indicated presence impurities higher salt content respectively. Various indices were applied to evaluate environmental human health risks. The average value Nemerow's pollution index (PN) was found be 41.2, river seriously polluted. Metal Index (MI) threshold warning for drinking purpose. Average HPI HEI 136.5 (HPI >100) 28.96 (HEI > 20), respectively, which is not suitable irrigation purposes. PLI 1.77 (PLI >1), revealed that moderately polluted aquatic life.
